Senior Employers Agent – Residential - Bromley\n\nOur client is a well-established, multidisciplinary consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential and social housing schemes across London and the South East. With a growing pipeline of projects, they are seeking an experienced Senior Employer’s Agent to take a lead role on a flagship social housing development in Bromley.\n\nThis is a client-facing position offering the opportunity to manage projects from inception through to completion, working closely with housing associations, developers, and delivery partners.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n * Client Representation & Project Leadership\n\nAct as the Employer’s Agent, representing the client’s interests throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery against time, cost, and quality objectives\n\n * Contract Administration\n\nAdminister JCT Design & Build contracts, managing key processes including instructions, valuations, variations, and final accounts\n\n * Programme & Delivery Oversight\n\nMonitor project progress against programme, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure key milestones are achieved\n\n * Stakeholder Coordination\n\nLead communication between clients, contractors, consultants, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective project delivery\n\n * Quality & Compliance Management\n\nOversee quality standards on site, ensuring all works comply with contractual requirements, regulatory standards, and client expectations\n\nRequirements\n\n * Proven experience operating as an Employer’s Agent or client-side Project Manager within the residential or social housing sector\n\n * Strong working knowledge of JCT Design & Build contracts\n\n * Experience delivering projects from pre-construction through to handover\n\n * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills\n\n * Degree qualified in a relevant construction discipline (or equivalent)\n\nBenefits\n\n * Salary: £90,000 - £95,000\n\n * Strong pipeline of secured work across London and the South East\n\n * Opportunity to work on high-profile social housing schemes\n\n * Clear career progression within a growing consultancy\n\n * Supportive and collaborative working environment
