What Youll

• Own & Drive the technical development of high-performance sportswear from concept to delivery
• Lead fit sessions, ensuring precision fit, movement, and comfort across all products
• Partner with design and product teams to optimise fabric, trims, and construction
• Collaborate with global suppliers to deliver right-first-time quality
• Ensure compliance with performance, durability, and testing standards
• Manage timelines to hit critical milestones in a fast-paced, seasonal environment

What You Bring

• Strong experience in sportswear / activewear / performance apparel
• Deep knowledge of technical fabrics, stretch, seam construction, and fit for movement
• Confident running fit sessions and influencing cross-functional teams
• Detail-focused with a passion for product excellence
• Comfortable working with international suppliers
