Due to the continued growth of our company, we are recruiting a sales adviser to work on a hybrid basis in our office on Doddington Road, Lincoln.

Your Job

NO LEGAL EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
BASIC SALARY £27,000 - £29,000
OTE £40,000 - 60,000

Simpler Law is looking for a sales adviser to join our team working on a hybrid basis in Lincoln, typically working Monday to Friday between the hours of 9-5:30pm. Your role will be to maintain relationships with existing clients, and to establish and build new relationships as new clients sign up to our services.

This is a client-facing consultative role where you will need to maintain accurate records whilst spotting gaps in our clients current estate planning arrangements to ensure that they receive the best service and advice possible.

All training will be provided during an initial two-week training course with additional support and knowledge on an ongoing basis. Following a successful initial 12 months, further opportunities are available to progress into professional roles with industry-recognised qualifications and/or into management.

You will be required to travel to the head office in Lincoln once a week and will otherwise be based from home.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients

Maintain accurate records of client calls

Provide accurate advice on estate planning arrangements

Always uphold our internal values and high customer service

Help clients make informed decisions

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-focused sales environment

Administrative skills including accessing a database

An ability to talk to people and listen with empathy

Drive, determination and a genuine desire to help people
