To find our future leaders, we run a rigorous selection process: following a virtual behaviour-led screening, successful candidates will be invited to an assessment day. Acting as your final stage interview, this day includes group tasks, individual exercises, and a final presentation. It is not just an interview, it is your first opportunity to learn about our business and network directly with our regional managers.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for Showroom Sales Managers who act as true \"Disruptors.\" You dont need to be a bathroom expert, we will teach you that. We need your entrepreneurial spirit, your negotiation skills, and your drive to deliver an exceptional experience for both high-end retail consumers and fast-paced trade professionals.

The selection Process:
  • Top talent moves quickly, and so do we. If your profile matches what were looking for, you will be invited to a virtual behaviour led interview, followed by our fast-paced Regional Assessment Day.
  • This interactive event will test your commercial acumen through live simulations- like our \"Showroom Launch Emergency\" task. We aim to make verbal offers within 24 hours of the event.
What to expect:
  • Commercial Ownership: Manage your own showroom, drive revenue, and take full responsibility for your showroom's Profit & Loss.
  • Continuous Improvement: We want people who ask \"Why?\" and bring digital-first, innovative solutions to the table.
